Tiger Purrr Chai-Sour
INGREDIENTS
45ml Tiger Purrr Chai Infused Gin *see recipe*
10ml Tiger Purrr Chai Syrup *see recipe*
25ml Cointreau
20ml Lemon juice
15ml Aquafaba (vegan substitute for egg white) or ⅓ real eggwhite
METHOD
- In a cocktail shaker combine all ingredients and dry shake (without ice) until foamy
- Add ice to shaker and shake for approx 15 seconds
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass

Chai Infused Vodka/Gin
INGREDIENTS
1¼ tsp Tiger Purrr per 60ml Vodka/Gin
METHOD
- Combine chai and alcohol stir and let sit for 1 hr
- Strain the chai from the alcohol and put in a bottle

Chai Syrup
INGREDIENTS
250ml water
5 tsp Tiger Purrr
230g sugar (approx)
METHOD
- Bring 250mls of water to a boil
- Add 1.5 tbs Tiger Purrr
- Steep for 3 min
- Strain out the chai
- Using a 1-1 ratio add sugar to tea mixture if you had 225ml of tea add 225g of sugar*
- Stir until fully dissolved
- Chill
