Tiger Purrr is a beautiful gift, especially the Lucky Three.

When you are ordering, be sure to tick the box for ‘gift’, and put the shipping address for your giftee in the order, and the billing address as yours. You will also be prompted to let us know what you would like us to write in the card for you. This will ensure your gift is delivered correctly and with a hand written card.

If you have any special requests for your gift order, contact us and we will make the something special happens.

As soon as possible, contact us here or send us an email at hello@tigerpurrr.com with your name, current shipping address and your new shipping address. If your order has not been dispatched, we will make that change. If your order has already been shipped then you will need to be able to receive it at the shipping address you originally used in the order confirmation.

As we endeavour to pack and ship your order within 24 - 48 hours, changes to orders will need to be supplied within 12 hours of your order. If within 12 hours of your original order you decide you would like to change your order, we’ll be happy to support you in that. Simply contact us and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Currently, we do not offer samples of Tiger Purrr. You can order your Tiger Purrr single cylinder to try our incredible chai.

Our Tiger Purrr black boxes and luxe shredded black filler strips are crafted for re-use over and over again. Enjoy them and put them to great creative use. And when you are done, they can be recycled as they are made from cardboard.

The handsome red cylinders are made from recycled materials and are designed for you to keep and then re-stock with our refill packs. No single use here.

Our team has sourced the best and most flavoursome ingredients for our unique chai blend. Our tea and spices come from India, Vietnam and Sri Lanka, where they are grown traditionally and have the most sustainable climate for these ingredients.

We have explored deeply to source ingredients that sing flavour, are largely in raw form and contain a quinta essentia from the land they were grown and the people that farmed and cultivated them.

Actually, it’s impossible for tigers to purrr. But then again, it’s impossible to make a chai that’s this tasty.
