
Tiger Purrr Chai Pancakes
Fluffy, golden and gently spiced, these Tiger Purrr Chai Pancakes are pure morning indulgence – topped with figs, berries and a drizzle of maple syrup for the ultimate breakfast treat.
Tiger Purrr Chai Pancakes
INGREDIENTS
1.5 cups Tiger Purrr Cooking Chai *see recipe*
1.5 cups flour
3 ½ tsp baking powder
1 tbl sugar
Pinch salt
3 tbl melted butter
1 egg
METHOD
- Combine wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls
- Mix wet and dry together until just combined
- Heat butter in a frying pan and add batter
- Flip when bubbles on the top start to slowly fill in

Add maple syrup and fresh fruit

Tiger Purrr Cooking Chai
INGREDIENTS
1.5 cup milk
¼ Tiger Purrr Chai Original
2tsp vanilla essence or a dollop of vanilla bean paste
METHOD
- Add milk and chai in a saucepan. Heat milk until bubbles start to form.
- Turn off heat and allow chai to steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain out tea leaves.
- Let cool.
