Tiger Purrr Chai Lover:

Jennifer Spark

Where do you live?

I live on a beautiful 6 acre property at the foothills of the Blue Mountains with my horses, dogs and grown up daughter. We have been here for 4 years.  It’s quite a change from living in a big city and previously we had lived in inner city Sydney and prior that in the heart of downtown Beijing.

What do you do?

My day job is helping brands to build their engagement strategy with the local Chinese Australian community. I work a lot with global and luxury consumer brands but have worked in tourism & retail experiences. My passion project is teaching yoga and I have just started a degree in psychology at Western Sydney University.

What do you love about Tiger Purrr chai?

I love drinking chai during the day as an alternative to coffee ( I only have one coffee a day ) and I can drink Tiger Purrr all day while I am working or on my long drives into the city. I have always been a bit of chai fan since a trip to India in 1990. Tiger Purrr gives me a lot of mental clarity and focus which is so helpful when I am studying. It tastes amazing and the balance of tea and the spices is so refined. I don’t actually like English tea that much. I do find it a little too bitter but the Tiger Purrr blend is subtle, spicing and super invigorating.

How do you like to drink Tiger Purrr chai?

I love it with no milk and little bit of organic honey. I love the Bilpin Bush Honey which is local to me or the Byron Bay honey. In summer I have it over ice and in winter it is always warm—but not too hot – and in a giant mug!

What’s your purpose in this world?

To understand myself, to find joy everyday and to help others navigate and embrace the challenges of life with grace; and to share the tools that I have learnt with as many people as I can.

What inspires you?

I am inspired everyday by many things. I find nature always inspiring. People who follow their passions and pursue what they want to do despite the norms of mainstream society.

My own story inspires me. When I reflect on how far I have come, and how I have overcome my own personal and traumatic challenges, it gives me confidence to keep showing up.

What do you do to keep your vibration high?

I practice physical yoga at least 3 times a week, either in the studio or at home. This is my foundation. I am also adding meditation and breathwork to my practice. Taking time out for myself to rest and not be too busy is super important. Reading high quality books and information. ( Im currently reading Joseph Campbell ) and surrounding myself with people who will support or propel me forward or just provide love and support.

Most importantly is to live and act from the heart.

What’s your dream for the future?

My ultimate dream is to use my story and my own journey to help others face and overcome their own battles with dignity, grace and self love. I would love to share the tools of yoga, equine assisted therapy and the tools of psychotherapy to support others to become the best version of themselves possible.
