Did you know you can make delicious cookies with loose leaf Tiger Purrr chai?

Chai Cookies

1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup almond meal
1 tbsp Tiger Purrr chai
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup maple syrup
Splash of hot water if too dry

1. Blend all ingredients together.
2. Use the raw mixture to shape into cookies. Hand shape or use cookie cutters in our favourite shapes. 
3. Place shaped cookies on an oven proof tray (line with baking paper) and bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes or until golden.

Easy and delicious.
