Smooth, spiced, and a little seductive — the Tiger Purrr Libido Old Fashioned reimagines a classic with chai warmth, honeyed depth, and a slow-burning kick designed to awaken the senses.

Ingredients

Tiger Purrr  Chai - Libido Blend
110mls Ester Spirits Spiced Cane
60mls Tiger Purrr Libido Chai Tea
30mls Fresh Lime Juice
30ml Honey Syrup
Aromatic Bitters
Nutmeg Powder to garnish
2 x Piece Cassia Bark to garnish
2 x Piece Star Anise to garnish
Regular Ice Cubes to shake
2 x Large Ice Cubes to serve

Serves 2

Method 

To Infuse Alcohol with Tiger Purrr Libido Chai.

1. In a glass, add 1 tsp of Tiger Purrr Libido Blend to Ester Spirits Spiced Cane, stir.
2. Cover and leave to infuse overnight – stir occasionally to further infuse.
3. Next day, strain tea leaves from spirit.

To make Tiger Purrr Libido Chai Tea

1. Boil kettle and brew 1.5 tbs Tiger Purr Libido Chai with 150ml water for 3 min.
2. Strain tea leaves.
3. Allow to cool.

To Make Honey Syrup

1. In a saucepan, combine equal parts honey and water. 
(we recommend making more than you need -  100ml honey / 100ml water)
2. Heat until honey dissolves. Do not burn.
3. Allow to cool & store remainder in fridge.

To Serve

Combine into a cocktail shaker:
Ice
90ml Chai infused Ester Spirits Spiced Cane 
60mls Chai Tea
30mls Fresh Lime Juice
30mls Honey Syrup
A few dashes of Aromatic Bitters
Shake Vigorously

In 2 old fashion glasses, place 1 x large ice cube in each glass.
Strain liquid equally into each glass.
Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg, a star anise & cassia bark.
