
Tiger Purrr Chai - Coconut & Lime Libidocolada
A tropical twist on desire – this creamy, citrus-spiked cocktail blends our Libido Chai with coconut, lime, and a touch of chilli heat for an irresistible aphrodisiac indulgence.
Ingredients
Tiger Purrr Chai - Libido Blend
80mls Ester Spirits Spiced Cane
80mls Coconut Milk
80mls Coconut Water
60mls Tiger Purrr Libido Chai Tea
1 Fresh Birdseye Chilli
30mls Fresh Lime Juice
30mls Honey Syrup
2 pinches Desiccated Coconut to garnish
Lime Wheel to garnish
Ice
Serves 2
Method
To Infuse Alcohol with Tiger Purrr Libido Chai.
1. In a glass, add 1 tsp of Tiger Purrr Libido Blend to Ester Spirits Spiced Cane, stir.
2. Cover and leave to infuse overnight – stir occasionally to further infuse.
3. Next day, strain tea leaves from spirit.
To Infuse Coconut mixture with Tiger Purrr Libido Chai.
1. In a glass, Combine Coconut Milk & Coconut Water
2. Add 1tbs of Tiger Purrr Libido Blend, stir thoroughly.
3. Cover and leave in fridge to infuse 48hours – stir occasionally to further infuse.
4. After 48 hours, strain tea leaves from coconut mixture.
To make Tiger Purrr Libido Chai Tea
1. Boil kettle and brew 1.5 tbs Tiger Purr Libido Chai with 150ml water for 3 min.
2. Strain tea leaves.
3. Allow to cool.
To Make Honey Syrup
1. In a saucepan, combine equal parts honey and water.
(we recommend making more than you need - 100ml honey / 100ml water)
2. Heat until honey dissolves. Do not burn.
3. Allow to cool & store remainder in fridge.
To Serve
Combine into a cocktail shaker:
Ice
60ml Chai infused Ester Spirits Spiced Cane
60ml Chai infused Coconut Mixture
60mls Chai Tea
1 Fresh Birdseye Chilli (Split down the middle with stem still intact)
30mls Fresh Lime Juice
30mls Honey Syrup
Shake Vigorously
Strain liquid into 2 coup glasses
Garnish with a sprinkle of desiccated coconut on top
Lime Wheel to garnish
