Ingredients and equipment 

1 frozen banana
½ cup almond milk
½ tsp Tiger Purrr chai blend
1 tbsp Greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt for dairy-free)
Dash of cinnamon
Honey or maple syrup to taste

Method 

1. Add Tiger Purrr chai to the milk in a saucepan.
2. Bring the milk to a simmer, then turn off the heat and let it steep for 3 minutes.
3. Strain out the chai. 
4. Add the reminder of ingredients to milk and blend it all together until silky.
