In this solo episode, I share why I believe the best medicine in the world is Nature’s medicine. My morning routine may not be for everyone, but it is an important discipline for me. ‘Discipline’ comes from the word disciple - a perpetual student of life. I share why I wake at 4am - when my melatonin levels are at their highest and the doors to quantum dimensions are the most open.

Next, I practice dry brushing, finish with a cold shower and enjoy greens and a bulletproof coffee (with a cup of warming Purrr chai saved for the afternoon).

Greeting the sun is a key part of my morning routine. We are wirelessly connected to the sun and hardwired to the Earth. Sunrise has the most potent healing frequency and works with our mitochondria to promote optimal health, well-being and longevity.

My routine involves a significant portion of time grounding and being barefoot in nature. I believe that the best seven doctors are sunshine, water, rest, air, exercise, diet and joy for existence. We don’t go out into nature, we are nature. Immersion in nature neutralises harmful artificial electromagnetic forces and promotes healing.

What's your morning routine? What are your non-negotiables? While most people have their emotions fuel their behaviours, the masters in this glorious game of life have their behaviours fuel their emotions.

Topics Discussed

[00:09]

I’ve had a few requests to share my morning routine and why I do the things that I do. I believe the best medicine in the world is Nature’s medicine.

[0:33]

My routine may not be for everyone, they are merely important disciplines for me. Discipline for me means being a perpetual student of life.

[1:05]

I get up between 2am and 4am when my melatonin levels are the highest and where the doors to quantum dimensions are highest. I remain in an alpha and theta brainwave state to access prayer and meditation and visualise my day.

[01:48]

Next I get up and dry brush to activate my lymphatic system and regulate my nervous system. I explain why I finish my shower with cold water.

[03:08]

I share my next routine involving greens and bulletproof coffee (and a dirty Tiger Purrr chai in the afternoon).

[03:25]

I greet the sunrise either alone or with my 1:1 clients. I explain why I coach at sunrise. We are wirelessly connected to the sun and hardwired to the Earth. Sunrise has the most potent healing frequency.

[04:17]

Grounding and being barefoot is the body’s way to naturally charge. I explain how the current levels of EMFs (electromagnetic frequencies) don’t sustain our biology.

[05:31]

When we are honouring the sun, we are closest to the solar, to the solutions, to the soul. I explain how these frequencies work with our mitochondria for optimum health, well-being and longevity.

[06:48]

Once the sun is up I jump in the saltwater. Access to nature’s medicine will instantly neutralise artificial EMFs. The general formula is that 15 minutes of nature will neutralise every hour you have been exposed to artificial EMFs.

[07:52]

Just 15 minutes of time in nature, reduces the chance of cancer and chronic disease by 50%. Having business meetings in nature increases innovation, communication and trust by 50%.
